1080 Poison Training with Peter Hennig, DPIRD, 9am Tuesday 2nd August 2022, Yongergnow, Ongerup. Tea/coffee, food sponsored by Elders. There is no cost to attend the training. Thanks to DPIRD, Elders and Yongergnow – Ongerup CRC for their support.

1080 poison (sodium fluoroacetate) is a proven chemical for reducing populations of foxes. The most effective fox control is achieved during late winter and spring when foxes are rearing young and food demands are high.

1080 is a restricted chemical product only available to authorised suppliers and users.

To become an authorised user, you must undertake training and apply for a permit.
